This page lists the second half of the ANSI character set, in a somewhat organized fashion. The numbers underneath the characters are their order in the ANSI set, and are also the 'Alt' key commands to use them in text.

To create a character, hold down the Alt key, type the corresponding 4-digit keycode for the character, and let go of the Alt key. The character will appear wherever your cursor is, if it is in a textbox. You must type the keycode on the numeric keypad on the right side of your keyboard.
